Never, and I do mean NEVER apologize for having to do your job. Jack wouldn't have. Ask and you shall receive. Footage should show myself doing a performance on the Gold stage at the exact time of the bombing, Jack at the back as he always is, and a roomful of kine to confirm.

I'll have the footage sent over if ya like. The word is that Smithee was the trigger man. The rumor is the Ex harpy summoned the caitiff with the Ventrue around for backup. Keep in mind that's just the rumours being spread and could just be a fabrication. Either way you'd be sniffing up the wrong tree looking at me and Barb even though I'd love to say otherwise.

I know I would be. Still, gotta ask. It wasn't Smithee. He was supposedly on his was to answer the summons and way staked by someone in Lacombe. He doesn't know who it was as he was staked from behind.
And I have no reason to believe it was either of you.

It hasn't been. I see no validity into that little bit of information. I was told that I would find the blood of one Barbara Windsor at the scene. Although... I'm going to guess that with all the displacement and rubble, there is no such blood to be found.. BECAUSE IT DOESNT EXIST. UGH.
Damn kindred and their misleading information.
Though does anyone have access to your blood?

Two clear facts are true if you can assume Barb's blood was at the scene.
1) It was placed there as vampires do not freely bleed; even when cut.
2) To ascertain whether its Barbs blood you'll need a Tremere although Renato's medical knowledge might be able to do the same thing. From what I'm told his knowledge extends into the alchemical or magical realm. Either way whoever is suggesting this would have to have very specific magical knowledge to even make such an accusation. Unless of course and I digress to my earlier statement they planted it in the first place? Also they'll need to have analyzed a sample of Barb's blood prior to the incident to have a comparison, either that or there're just be saying it Brujah blood therefore it must be Barb's right???
Whoever is making this statement had better have a lot of status as it'll come down to one word against another. |

And this is why I didn't even bother looking into the possibility. Its not even a matter of 'oh I'm just defending a clansmate'. This supposed evidence is being brought forth by this Face guy. Who seems to think that even with as new to the city as he is, he knows all. Kinda bullshit to me.
I'm trying to figure out what his 'proof is' and all he can say is that he overheard you two talking to Renato and someone else.
I have spoken to renato, and he confirms there was no admittance of any sort in terms of either of you being guilty of killing this man. I also have a statement from Barbara. There is no one else in my investigation who seems to be pointing fingers at the Brujah. Save for maybe Dracos of clan Ventrue. But we already know he has a stick so far up his ass it ain't funny.
It would have to be planted evidence, as there is no evidence of you being there Barbara, but there is evidence in fact confirming you weren't. I don't know. This whole thing is driving me up a wall, lemme tell you.

I still am wondering if anyone has access to your blood or not, as the creepy Malkavian (Who's REAL name is Jake, I have found out) is suggesting now that someone planted your blood at the scene.
Seeing as how I already solved the case, I'm not suggesting it was you. I'm just wondering if someone DOES have your blood so I can narrow down who's on your ass like this.
