My Fellow Kindred,
As I was going to allow for time in this matter to hopefully gain clarity to effectively judge the potential outcome and fallout but recent developments have accelerated the process.
Albus Lepus you have accepted responsibility for your ghouls attack and destruction of a Kindred of the Red Deer court by granting the Prince a major boon. As such you have violated the agreement brokered between yourself and Carrick Driscoll pertaining to the matter of ghouls in the warrens. Being a man who enjoys simple solutions to complex problems I shall offer you a nonnegotiable choice.
1) Albus Lepus for the destruction of a nonblood-hunted, nonforsaken, acknowledged Kindred of the Red Deer court you assume all outstanding debts owed by Dimirti Rankov to the court of Red Deer.
or
2) Albus Lepus for the violation of a boon by allowing your ghoul to enter the warrens I must declare you a boonbreaker and shall carry that burden for the rest of your short existence.
I believe that this is a fair and reasonable punishment that fulfuils the age old requirements that the Harpys have used when judging a potential boonbreaker.

Are you calling me a liar Harpy? I very openly stated it was no Ghoul and I am guessing your source that was there heard it very clearly. I am now slighted at the disrespect leveled at my status.

Harpy, might I ad that the agreement was concerning ANY of his servants not just ghouls.
Lepus, You also stated very openly in front of Dimitri's Sire, and the Prince that YOU ordered the rabbit to "Guard" Dimitri. That YOU armed it.
You earlier, prior to this stated that you had no knowledge of it and "who could know why it was there, can you be responsible for every rabbit in town".
The fact is you sent it, you instructed it and thus it was your servant and retainer. Which was not to enter into my Domain ever.
Generally the only way we can prove it is one of yours is if it is one of the ghouls. But in this case you admitted to giving it instructions and arming it thus it was yours.

Very well Albus Lepus your are now known as a BOONBREAKER and shall carry the status DISGRACED. All boons owed by Lepus and owed too Lepus are invalid.

Might I interject on 1 thing being for my own educational purposes here as I am still learning the ways of the Kindred.
Does one not have to willingly break the boon vs indirectly or accidentally? Reason I ask this is that my understanding of this whole situation was that he did not know the body of Dimitiri was going into your domain and I suspect that he would not have deliberately violated this agreement.

No you may not interject Caitiff. Do you understand the consequences of openly and publicly questioning a proclamation from the Harpy is? You may not be aware or are trying to be cute since I have do not at this time have the ability to exercise my status. I do not think he was questioning your proclamation Harpy. In fact, I believe he stated that he was asking because he was simply trying to understand better. Is it not the job of the elders to educate the neonates so that they may learn?

It would appear that asking a question for clarification purposes is even frowned upon in this City. As Such I will just keep to myself and not say anything or ask anything and just do in stead as it would appear to warrant the same response.
I retract my question as I have a broader understanding now of how things work in this Harpy's office.

I do not speak as an Elder I speak as the Harpy. Allen Smithee is not under the accounting and should by this point have a full grasp of how and why our society works, publicly questioning a proclamation from a Harpy is unwise at best. As a member of high standing and respect Lady Inara siding with a Caitiff is unwise and is worthy of scandal thus I find you VULGAR for insinuating that the Harpy's word and station is to be openly questioned.
I remind the court Allen Smithee turned his back on his clan and decided for himself to become a clanless member of our society he must live with the consequences of his actions.
