It is a terrible and difficult thing for any Harpy to do but I must hold everyone in the court to the same level of accountability that is why I must declare scandal against Prince Robert Richtor. Elder James Dunwhich was granted the status of Loyal September 26, 2015 by Prince Robert Richtor for giving information that lead to the demise of Dimitri Rankov. Elder James Dunwhich was destroyed under orders of Prince Richtor less the one week later without a declaration of a bloodhunt. Thus in the eye of the Harpy proper prestation was not shown as Prince Richtor destroyed a, in his eye loyal Elder of the Camarilla.
It it is my finding at this time to give Prince Robert Richtor a nonnegotiable choice.
1) Prince Robert Richtor you may assume the debts of Elder James Dunwhich.
or
2) Prince Robert Richtor you shall be WARNED for the disregard of prestation.
This is a fair and reasonable punishment that fulfils the age old requirements the Harpys have used to reconcile prestation once broken.
