Yeah. It would seem our HARPY likes to play bully, and is not keen on anyone having a different opinion then his own. Oh well, have to live with the consequences I suppose..

OH, and he likes to take his problems and convey them to the other elders in hopes of having them gang up on a Neonate who by their standards, doesn't know any better, but then they turn around and smack them with a harsh punishment. Oh woe is me. HA.

I just find it a little disconcerting that our harpy is such a bully. While I understand that the Harpy's job entails certain things, it certainly doesn't help that he is an instigator in an already unstable court. I grow impatient of being 'nice' to him...
