Anarchs

Greetings fellow Ventrue.

I was wondering if any of you had put thought to the dozen or so anarchs presently residing in the southernmost portion of Red Deer. It seems to me that the last time they blighted our city they wound up getting into a conflict with our forces that left several of their number dead, yet since their return they've been remarkably quiet and peaceful. This might simply be due to some agreement between them and Prince Richtor, but I can't help but wonder if anyone is really keeping tabs on them and making sure they're all behaving as well as they seem to.
