My apologies Elder Kasper I have been remiss in responding to your initial request. Please accept my apologies you and your clan are indeed welcome within the Windsor walls and may do all that you suggest. You may find the hotel a bit noisy in the next few days as I will be having a few contractors in to do certain modifications to the establishment but if you let me know when your people will need particular areas I will have them work elsewhere. |

I should note that I have acquired some tanks of Nitrous Oxide, as Primogen Nosferatu suggested. Those are available to be placed around streets as we need; I have quite a supply. I also have supplies of methanol and ethanol that Defender Orsini suggested that I bring in; these flames burn nearly invisible and will prove a nasty surprise to unsuspecting victims, although we will want to treat them with some caution ourselves. These things are at your disposal.
Last, I should note that I am mesmerizing and dominating local journalists and newspaper editors to report strange activities as simply part of a particularly wild Halloween night. If you have other suggestions, we can mix the message, which is itself a useful tactic in baffling the truth.
