Hey guys how are liking John, He doing ok as Primogen? Any suggestions you want to make to improve how I am playing him, I aiming for a old western lawman style for so any tips for me to improve him would be geat.

Well, you haven't even spent an entire game as primogen yet, I personally have not seen him do anything as Primogen really, so it may be a little too early to ask how you're doing in that position.
Personally, I don't really know why someone like Brooks would be going for primogen, he doesn't seem the type that would hunt the position, or do well in it. primogen made sense, Harpy... Idunno. You may be over reaching there, but I don't know the character all that well yet, I could be wrong.
That aside, brooks seems to have a lot of similarities to Pickens, which i'd normally be wary of, but since it's a childe-sire comparison and the sire himself is no longer in town, it's a little bit better than it would be otherwise. Strong ties to clan, an overall devil-may-care attitude towards a lot of things, and a heavy combat focus all roll together into a fairly common stereotype. The oracular ability adds depth, the costume and accent helps define the character more, and you seem to have his backstory decently thought out. I'm pretty sure he's expanding his collection of kills, or perhaps counts a great many shovelheads among that number, since if i recall the count correctly, he's single handedly killed enough kindred to empty several large cities of every single fang. I know he's old, but your standard kindred doesn't die very often, it may be a bit much.

Was that Pickens that said I cities by myself? Basically in the 114 yrs he has been alive he spent 100 of those years hunting/fighting sabbat for the Camarilla. The whole harpy thing is just a thought.

Im pretty sure he himself mentioned he had a kill count in the hundreds, though i forget the exact number. i can see sabbat having a higher concentration, as well as cities in mexico being above average, but that's still several cities worth of dead kindred, generally. red deer's current population is only supposed to support like, 12 kindred or so, which we kind of ignore, for obvious reasons.
I get why you as a player want harpy, as well as why this budding alliance would want harpy to be from it's members, I just feel that Brooks himself would shun the position, do poorly if he did get it, and would just generally push for an ally of his to take it instead.

Ok I get what your saying. He has killed hundreds over the course of his life and yes that would include the shove heads.

he has killed many Sabbat but the shovel heads would count for more of his kills since they make up the most of the Sabbat soldiers

Well I told you last game what I felt about your character IC and OOC. But since Pickens is no longer here, John has lots on his hands now. Leader of the Gangrel and Primogen. Also hopefully he doesn't fallow in his sire's footsteps and makes the same mistakes as Pickens does.
