My Fellow Kindred,
I have been in contact with the Harpys and have received this simple statement about Zeph Sweetly.
Due to Zeph Sweetly's recent addition to the Red List and his lack of continued attacks against the Camarilla his bounty stands at the simple reward of gaining ranks of the Alastors.
I have also been given this short statement to be addressed.
Any and all Camarilla Kindred found harbouring or assisting a Red Listed Kindred shall face the full punishment of the Camarilla. All on going contact with Red Listed Kindred is to be terminated unless proved useful in the final death or capture of the Red Listed Kindred.
