In my absence from the city I am assigning oversight and control of my Domain over the Sewers, Warrens and any underground systems that are not directly part of a building to Clan Nosferatu. Whom ever leads the clan will speak with my voice when it comes to them.
As for my Masons Hall. I offer this to the City as a Ellysium or gathering Hall. If it is a Ellysium then oversight shall naturally fall to the Keeper. If is remains a non-Ellysium then oversight and control shall fall to the Nasferatu until I return.
