Apprentices TORRENS and ORSINI:
I have decided to expand your responsibilities.
As you should both be aware, Red Deer is the home of 3 significant nodes of power. The ley lines (or dragon lines if you prefer), have aligned in a group of three, making Red Deer one of the more desirable places in the world for those that practice various forms of magic. It is also why I arranged to have Maskeptoon Park and the Kinsmen Arena be placed under my Domain.
Apprentice TORRENS, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and security of the Kinsmen Arena. The arena sits atop one of the nodes of power and was the site of the release of a Bane Spirit by Ada LOVELACE. The Arena lay within Garou-controlled Red Deer so precautions must be taken and you are the best equipped to handle that.
Apprentice ORSINI, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of Maskeptoon Park. As you may or may not know, Maskeptoon Park will have it's own challenges. The Sisters reside there, the Ahirmanes that have come from their northern home for an unknown reason. They were insturmental in a few things: 1) the Sacrificial Glade where they sacrificed about 30 Kindred, including Prince FITZROY in an attempt to appease the Bane Spirit released by Ada LOVELACE, 2) "Curing" Jack McVITIE of his possession by another Bane Spirit, 3) They do not like males. I do have a relationship with them as I was able to use their Ritual as a basis for the Banemail Ritual I developed. It is unlikely they will have appreciation of our stewardship of the site. Do not antagonize them, but the site is ours.
You should also both be aware that the Pentex Corporation attended that last Gathering in the form of a Mr. GOODWIN. During a meeting with Mr. GOODWIN I learned that they have a strong desire to access the Arena and the Park. Both of you shall have to take precautions against this.
I expect the areas secured against unwanted intrusion.
Additionally, Apprentice TORRENS, I would like a report of the strength, make-up, locations, tribal afflitations, and names of leaders of the Garou currently infecting Red Deer. You will also arrange a meeting between their leader and myself, to take as soon as possible
Apprentice ORSINI I see that you have been around the Chantry and have yet to respond to my request for a report on your recent doings. Consider it a request no longer, it is now an order. Include in this report what you have done to neutralize the Caitiff SMITHEE's drones.
