To the honor Prince Windsor I have a huge concern to bring to you and to the court. I, KuroNeko, is concern that you, Prince Windsor is not doing her duties as prince. Now before you take this the wrong way. I will explain myself to you.
I am a very traditional vampire. I am an elder, I was born in the 1600s in Edo era Japan. I grew up within the traditions of the Masquerade and to us, Japaneses vampires, traditions are our life. We do not break from traditions and we do not fail our duties as vampires. I was trained as a high class assassin/ninja for the Tramear [ooc: The ones that can do spells] clan. For they were my masters and teachers as they took care of me, the last japaneses gangrel. They cared for me, but the gave me orders and missions that I dare not tell.
Back to the subject, like I said I am traditional elder and I feel that you are not fallowing the traditions and the rules of the masquerade that were written to us to fallow. We have no court and we have no respect among others. Hai, deep down we do not respect each other, but we should respect each other during what is happening now. For I hear that you, my prince is bringing in or planing to bring in a company that deals on killing werewolves. Hai, I did say that I do not care for the werewolves, but to my father, the werewolves saved my step-mother and she has been kind to me ever since she met me and loved me. She told me stories that it wasn't for a kind Werewolf tribe in Manitoba she wouldn't be here and I am happy that she is here. For I am 100% against the idea to bring in that company to kill them off. If you, the prince, brings that company in, there will be more war, for the werewolves will try and kill the company workers off and us as well, since "we" brought them here. I cannot aloud that and if my mother finds out about this, she will be upset and she will help the werewolves out for she was born as a Kinder of a Werewolf tribe in Manitoba.
But like I said I do not care for them, but I will do anything to keep my mother happy for she is the one that saved my soul from the darkest shadows of evil there is in a vampire. She saved me and open me up to the world, helping find the right path.
Please I begged you do not let this company into our city and leave the werewolf tribes alone. Just stick to the city and the clans there are in the city. Ignore the tribes and leave them alone. I may not be like my mother Diana, but I know that stering a wasp's nest to kill it, they will come and sting you to death. Leave the werewolves alone. That is all I am gonna say for now.
