Alright, time to figure out who's still standing. Didn't see anyone else wandering around last gather, and lemme tell you, consider yourselves lucky. Doubly so for you, Kuro, but I'll get back to that.
Court went through another coup, and prince Elijah Windsor now sits on the throne. No relation, apparently, not that I'd put this shit past family squabbles anyways. Far as I know, nobody actually died, though the sheriff did try using me as a meatshield, so I'm a little worse for wear.
Kuro, your little blurb landed you in some seriously hot water with Barbara. She isn't prince no more, but step lightly around the Brujah for a while, just in case.
I assume that a new round of acknowledgements are gonna be made next gather, about a month from now. I know I can't boss either of you two elders around, but let's try not to make any more waves, please. I have no idea how his new guy runs a city, so it's best not to step on any toes if we plan to continue hanging around Red Deer. I know I ain't got nowhere better to be.

Oh good, you're here. For the love of god, try to keep the wolf in your pants in public next time. I vouched for you, I don't want to have to throw you out because you're ruining the good name the clan has built for itself. Hunters drop to knives and guns just as easily as claws, and nobody bit chest about bullet holes.

If it was just regular bullets ... I probably wouldn't have Luped out. These would ash even us, given enough opportunity. I chose not to give the opportunity.
Plus, things are a bit less strict below the equator, didn't think there were any muggles in the area to worry about.
So, now I know it's an indoor sport. I'll be more careful next time around.

There weren't any muggles this time, thank god. Personally, I don't even care, but I've already caught flak from three different sources about it.
They're expecting something public, and I'm not going to give it to them. If you wanna play nice, glare at the back of my head and tell them I slapped you around. Or not, doesn't really matter.

I'm more worried about getting my ghoul set up. There's lots of parks and riverbanks to burrow for the day, but if my pet lacks a job the hotel bill will get pretty annoying.
