Rumours are starting to land on my desk that there are members of this court who are not fully co-operating with Miss Shepard. This is not acceptable, she is my right-hand and speaks with my authority. She has overlooked most transgressions up to this point but from this point forward I ask that she not overlook any disrespect to her. If you are hindering her investigations, she will place negative status upon you. If you lie to her she will punish you for it. Remember I hold the right of final destruction, but there is a lot she can do to you before you get to that.
