To all Tremere in Alberta:
Effectively immediately, there will be no Blood Contracts signed between Tremere in Alberta.
This Bull only forbids Contracts between Tremere within Alberta and has no effect on Contracts outside of the Clan.
Breach of this Bull, after this date will be punished.
Any that are currently party to such a Contract shall inform me immediately, and provide me with a copy of the Contract, and we shall take steps to end it.
Tremere have until 2016-04-02 to comply.
