Greetings fellow Kindred of Red Deer.
I invite you to attend the next gathering. At request of the Prince I have opened my Masons hall.
This is a non-Elysium hall due to the ongoing war. By gathering at my hall it provides the ability for Kindred who may fear Sabbat attack to go armed while still providing safety to those who respect the Camarilla.
The following rules shall apply at this next gather.
Weapons
Anyone may bear arms. All arms/weapons must be peace bonded (this really will not hinder us if we are attacked but provides a show of respect for my domain and the safety I am attempting to offer those who gather with us). Weapons will not be blatantly brandished/pointed or threateningly waved in the faces of those gathered. Weapons of larger scale destruction such as Flame Throwers, Grenade Launchers shall be checked and not carried openly (unless you can use obfuscate so they are not a open threat to those gathered).
Fighting
No physical violence shall be allowed between Camarilla members or between Camarilla members and those Anarchs who are KNOWN to be in town and accepted by Prince Richtor. Such shall be deemed a disrespect of my Domain, me personally, Prince Richtor and the trust he has placed in my to host this gather. That said I shall provide a room where those who wish to show off their martial prowess may do so.
Disciplines
Let everyone have their fun. Baring purposeful physical violence (or physical harm) between Acknowledged or Accepted Kindred within the city I see no issue in allowing them. Two stipulations: no one shall be left incapacitated and unable to properly function as the effect of discipline use and no one shall be unwillingly summoned away from the gather.
Status, Boons and the Traditions
This is how our society functions. Status is paramount backed by the use of Prestation. If, a fight breaks out both of these shall be taken into account. In addition the Traditions shall be maintained.
Frenzy
We should never frenzy. To do so is a disgrace. Control is important. The Harpy as always would be looking at such shameful behavior I am sure, and is clever enough to look beyond it to see if there was provocation.
Damage to my hall, property within it (art or otherwise) or assault on those guests who attend shall be a violation.
Such aggression shall be met by those I have designated to do such. Escalating breaches against my domain by becoming involved where it is not requested or needed is nearly as bad as starting it.
May we be able to gather in peace with one another and demonstrate our self control.
