I hope you don't take offense when I propose we discuss what arrangements will be made for the next gathering? The following points may need to be addressed so that the Red Deer's kindred can gathering with hopefully some degree of safety.
1) Location
2) Travel to and from location. Also dealing with escape from said location should this become necessary.
3) Security

I'd say that Carrick's place may be prudent. Sheriff you'll know whatever I know as far as this matter is concerned. Since you are responsible for masquerade issues and the general security of the city perhaps you might have some input in getting in and out of the location. Renato may have certain knowledge of the access points to the warrens and may give some insight as to where may be most secure? Perhaps with a little electronic wizardry we might be able to turn the odd local public security camera to our advantage should anything go pear shaped. |

I don't think it would be hard to set up or tap into a local system. Given the time, I could easily set something up once I know the specifics of the location.

There are many ways into the Warrens located below red deer. Reaching out into almost every corner of the city. I propose that the kindred gather at the hospitals parking compound. We all know that one of my labs is there. We can bypass the lab and head deep into the tunnels and I shall act as escort to the kindred. Leading them through the maze down to Carricks hall.
Speak with the tremere as we need to update the wards. I, unfortunately, and busy looking into the newest of diseases that has spread through our kine population. The tremere should be able to further secure the hall from outside forces. And there are escape tunnels just in case they are needed.
