I am in negotiations with the Harpy to remove the Disgraced from Drakos and hence the Forsaken.
In return for arranging the sparing of his Life, Drakos will owe me such. I have not aided him in any way nor harbored him, but it was made clear to him and is understood that should the Harpy agree that so long as I hold this boon on him he shall leave Red Deer never to return. Never bother it's citizens, nor interfere with them in anyway.
My goal is to save a Ventrue, while elevating our clan locally for doing so. We all know it is only a matter of time until someone kills him Forsaken or not. This way he gets to live, he is no longer a burden to you my Prince, nor you my Primogen.
His Sire will be appeased that we managed to arrange his progeny be spared. The clan abroad likes us (with the exception of those in what ever city he ends up in).
Prince Windsor, I would have gone through you for this but it is best done without it looking like Ventrue favoritism.
IF the Harpy is not willing to accept my price, then I shall seek out the Seneschal and offer him the boon I have offered the Harpy. Then you will merely need to announce that you are "not available" for a few days in which time the Seneschal can expend the "Authority" he gets in you absence to pardon Drakos. And the same results come to be.
Failing that I suppose we can discuss the options as you see them.
