Ladies and Gentlemen of the court. I Jack McVitie Keeper of Red Deer wish to address you all in the hopes of inspiring some of you to think to more than just your paltry little schemes and think towards the society in which we all exist. One night of every month we have decided that it is in our best interest to gather together peacefully and discuss the matters of this domain. This place is the Elysium it is suppose to be secure and safe; protected by our traditions, by the keeper but hopefully cherished by all.
However in a place like Red Deer a frontier city still being contested for occupation by the sabbat, moon beasts and god knows what else. We cannot afford to hope that one Elysium will allow us this security. Therefore I speak to you as this cities keeper and hopefully inspire some of you to take up this challenge.
To gain the respect of outside cities we must demonstrate stability and respectability. However we have only two Elysium's The Windsor and the Old Red Deer Court house. The later being in terrible shape and until renovated will be unable to host proper gatherings. Therefore we have become reliant upon the grace of those respectable members of the court who might have domain within this city. This state of affairs cannot be allowed to continue. The separate clans of this city must look towards the future and build for that future.
You live in a city where the Brujah have established the only signs of Camarilla structure. Therefore if you have pride in your respective clans I say to you. Build for the future, build for the honor of your clan, build to let the whole world know that this is another city of nod and that the kindred of the Camerilla rule here. Alternatively you can live in a city of ramshackle foxhole scuttling from place to place like cockroaches hoping that your sires don't notice the squalor you now live in.

I am working on the Old Court House as we speak. It will be a while before it is ready, but when it is it will be a thing of beauty and wonder. As generous and cultured as the Brujah of this city are, my work will bring tears to even the most jaded of Elders.
That being said, this Court's problems extend far beyond the confines of what Haven we're holed up in. Hopefully things will begin to look up soon.

I hereby pledge to devote all of my resources to renovating the old courthouse and restoring it to a state that is more befitting to the austere members of our court. It is high time that we have a place to gather that can be a reflection of our hopes and needs. Something that will be pragmatic yet cultured. I would ask any amongst you with knowledge of architecture and civil engineering to aid me in this and if not then I will make due with oblivious kine with the skills I desire.
I put forth a truly fitting name for this new building To be used only among kindred society: The Renato S. Maestrodominico centre for Kindred Relations. I would commission a large statue of Master Renato to be placed directly in the Centre of the Elysium Hall from any Kindred with the ability to create works of art that can truly capture the Masters palpable aura of leadership, compassion and wisdom; but can also show off his cerebral authority and sharp fashion sense.
I only wish to make our city one worthy of envy in any of the ancient and respected courts the world over.

If you wish to help you may renovate the escape tunnels, after all you crawl through them often enough. I am afraid there is no room for additional artwork such as the statue or plaque you suggested.

I welcome your contribution and look forward to seeing the end result. Make note this neonate member of the core clan brings thought and action to this state of affairs before I have been forced to address the issue. I will expect that you bring thought to security Raphael as these practical issues are a necessity in this fringe city. To the rest of you perhaps you also may wish to bring thought and action to this problem. Remember several other locations within Red Deer in my mind may offer similar foundations for elysiums.
The Michener Center - This site suggests a likely location for the Malkavian clan.
Sacred Heart Catholic Church - At the heart of the city the edifice has shown resilience after it was last burnt down. The support of the catholic community has given this location a fortitude o it's own. Many clans might find this site appealing assuming they can leverage the right people.
City of Red Deer City Hall - A rather drab building it does however offer significant value being literally next door to the police force. Those with sway over bureaucracy or politics may find back doors to such a place.
City of Red Deer Library - Again a rather drab building it does however offer a feel of academia and presumably good fire suppression.
Sheraton Hotel - This location is quite large and owned by family interest. However the underground storage areas are extensive and the residences are even larger than the Windsor's capacity and let not forget the nightclubs attached.

Then I shall take up the mantle of refurbishing the City of Red Deer Library and making it into a truly magnificent monument to cainite culture. I will go ahead with the aforementioned statue of our most esteemed court member as well, as I truly believe in my withered heart that Master Renato deserves a real monument to his myriad accomplishment achieved in the name of our good city.

The library will be an excellent place to gather. Though. There is another building I've had my eyes on since I found it a month ago. Saint Vladimir Catholic Church. The structure is old but beautiful and a sight to behold for sure. Let us consider purchasing ithe and renovating it for our needs.

Of course Master! I was foolish to think otherwise! As always your wisdom shines through in our darkest of nights!
