Just need to confirm next game. I thought it was Apr 30, but post on face book had it first weekend in May? Which is it?

Why is it being pushed to the 14? I thought it was every 4 weeks which should technically make it Apr 30. |

I'm pretty sure most of the playerbase was opposed to changing the schedule when Shane and Chris proposed it, and the decision was made to keep modern nights on the same schedule, at least.

It is. Nothing has changed date wise so those who really needed it on the two week dates could still have it.
What changed is modern night went to one game a month. So the first date in each month according to the two week schedule.
The post confirms those pre existing scheduled dates.

I still can't find the other set of dates it was mentioned you posting. The last dark ages game didnt fall on that schedule, I noticed. So we just dropped the third date in April then? What about down in October, when there's three again? |

The modern nights game falls on the first date mentioned per month in that post. So for October it will be Oct 1. Dark Ages is always the 4th Sat no matter what. It straightens itself out after this really long gap in April/May between modern games (6 weeks) because this last game was the first Dark Ages game to line up properly with its 4th week (the first two were 3rd week as per the old biweekly schedule.) Under the old biweekly schedule we were playing three games a month in the 5 week months such as April (we would have played week before last and this coming week). Anyway, long story short it evens out after this longer gap between modern games, at least for a while. We're back to a game every other week until August, when you bump into back to back games in Aug 27/Sep 3 and Sep 24/Oct 1, according to this pattern. Also, not sure what's happening in Dec as the 4th week would be Christmas Eve, so I assume that's not happening that month. So we are looking at:
May 14: Modern Nights
May 28: Dark Ages
June 11: MN
June 25: DA
July 9: MN
July 23: DA
Aug 6: MN
Aug 27: DA
Sep 3: MN
Sep 24: DA
Oct 1: MN
Oct 22: DA
Nov 12: MN
Nov 26: DA
Dec 10: MN
And that should take us through the rest of the year. Storytellers or other knowledgeable persons, please correct me if I am wrong, but I think this is what we are looking at now. Thus ends my public service announcement.
