As you all know, there has been a lot of unrest within the court as to which side people are on, the Inner Circle, or the Imperator.
Before I go any further, please note there are rules to this discussion and they are to be FOLLOWED!
-DO NOT badmouth people. THIS IS NOT about anyone elses opinions but your own, and as such, I will not allow you to down others for their own opinions.
-DO be polite. There are reasons for this rule, I will not tolerate any disrespect to anyone, including members of the court NOT in the order
I wish to ask everyones stance on this issue, so that I know where, as a group, we stand.
If you do not make your opinion known, please note that I will take it as a personal offense as I am asking you all this.
If you do not wish to have others know where you stand (As secrets are just that) Then you may message me about the matter privately.

According to the Code of Montgomery...
IUSIURANDUM SECRETUM (OATH OF SECRETS): ANYTHING SAID IN CONFIDENCE BY ONE MEMBER OF THE ORDER TO OTHER MEMBERS SHALL NEVER BE SHARED UNLESS THE SECURITY OF THE CAMARILLA NECESSITATES IT, OR IF THE PRINCE OF THE LOCAL COURT SPECIFICALLY REQUESTS THAT IT BE REVEALED.
Seeing as the Prince is likely a supporter of the Imperator it doesn't seem like it would be too healthy for a kindred to admit they supported the Inner Circle. And if he gets taken out by someone on the Inner Circle side, Imperator supporters probably wouldn't want their position made known to the replacement Prince. As such I think I'll pass on sharing my thoughts on Camarilla politics, thanks.

I follow the side that follows the righteous God-faring all-American traditions of the Camarilla as they were written by Moses and the Founding Fathers. If the Inner Circle abandons their sacred duty to uphold the glory and grace of the American spirit then I'll support the Imperator, and vice versa. And if they both choose to betray the traditions then I'll fight them both, for a true American kindred never sways from his God-given duty to protect the Constitution and the traditions of the Camarilla from any who'd challenge them, even if that enemy comes from within the Camarilla itself. God bless America! And God bless the Camarilla!

As Malkavian as Vladamir is I think he's got guts to stand up and make his position known, and I think we should all learn from his example. If this order is going to mean shit then we have to have the courage and freedom to say what we think whether it pleases the Prince or not. So I'm going to come right out and say that I support the Imperator. The Inner Circle are never going to modernize the Camarilla or give Princes the independence they need to react to changing times, and that means that sooner or later the Masquerade is going to get irreparably broken. We all know the Inner Circle are a corrupt and out of touch old boy's club, and that the only ones with the power to truly defend the traditions is the Imperator and his Myrmidons. If you believe in a modern and triumphant Camarilla - or if you just want to save your own skin from hunters - then you have to support the only kindred with the brains, brawn and balls to guide the Camarilla into to the 21st century and beyond. Support for the Imperator is common sense, especially for us neonates.

I respect your opinion, Imelda, but I disagree. The Imperator isn't looking to modernize the Camarilla. His goal is to take it a step backwards and crown himself Caesar, and his Myrmidons are just thugs collected from kindred who would otherwise be on the Red List. Without a doubt the Camarilla will have to adapt and evolve if we're to survive, but following a demagogue like the Imperator is not the answer. I support the Inner Circle, though I admit that our present system is far from perfect.
