The kine Disease and a vaccine.

Greetings members of the Red Ceer court. I bring to your attention the disease that has spread through the mortal population. With the assistance of Igor in the labs, Research buildings provided by Primogen Kaspar Alsergrund and Prince Windsor, I have been able to create a vaccine that is even now circulating throughout the mortal population in the form of a upcoming flu vaccine. This should stabilize the kine population until another bug comes along.
