Let us all start out on the right foot here my fellow kindred. Upon my taking praxis of this fair but turbulent city, I dissolved the Domains of the previous Princes to unify the clans instead of segregate them.
Some Princes have used domains to award those loyal to the throne. Others are granted for boons. We have had an interesting past within this city, and I hope with the granting of domain and clan feeding grounds, we will all be able to work together.
There are a few specific areas that have been kept as domain, though small changes will be made to accommodate everyone and allow ease of passage through the city for all kindred.
There will be no roads covered by domain. This will allow the kindred, ghouls, and the like to be able to travel without diverting. This includes public sidewalks.
There should be no need to bar travel within the city.

The Domains at the moment are as follows.
Barbara Windsor of Clan Brujah has domain over the Windsor Hotel as well as the surrounding two blocks. Anything above the warrens is hers to control and command as she sees fit, with the exception of the roads.
Clan Nosferatu continue to hold domain over the warrens. Any kindred not of clan Nosferatu caught within the warrens will be severely punished by this court. Consider this the only warning you will ever get.

To Inara Sheppard of clan Brujah, domain over the Lafarge plant and grounds are granted. This excludes the main visitor parking lot and main business office. She has command over this domain and shall be shown the respect she deserves while you visit, should any of you do such.

To Primogen Jacqueline LeBlanc I restore you domain over the building that contains the Deadly Rose. You have held this domain longer than any other domain has been within the city. You have shown great pride and resourcefulness in the past in defending your domain. Please continue to do such. Command over this domain is yours alone and you are solely responsible for its care.

To Kaspar Alsergrund of Clan Tremere, I award the Kinsman Grounds. The site of which he has worked on for nearly a year since the Bane Spirit awakened and attacked the cities Kindred. I trust his insight into the realms of magic and spirits, and he has proven resourceful in rebuilding the area and the monumental building that is being placed over the magical Nexus of Power.
I hope that by completing the construction, that Clan Tremere as a whole will consider moving the Chantry to the Nexus so they may better protect it with their unlives. This area is a dangerous place for supernaturals of all kinds, not just us Kindred. And we do not want it to fall into the hands of one of our enemies.
Primogen Alsergrund, This domain is yours to command. Know that no-others are welcome to trespass within this area until a review has been completed. My Sheriff and Scourge will not enter your domain unless you fail to protect it.
This area is already surrounded by a great wall while construction takes place of the monument. Once the parks open, the domain area will shrink back to the building.
The domain has been removed. Kaspar is Bloodhunted and his domains are now available. |

The Domain of the Old Court House is temporary at best. This will not be granted simply to Kaspar Alsergrund as it has in the past. Unfortunately, his resources are too tied up at the moment finishing the monument in the Kinsman Grounds.
Instead, it will be shared between Inara Shepard and Kaspar Alsergrund. These grounds hold the original Elysium of Red Deer. What was once beautiful is now ugly and twisted, but shall be restored to it's glory soon enough. Sheriff Shepard commands great resources within the city and shall assist in the restoration and updates to the Old Courthouse. Once the Elysium is restored, the Domain shall be removed whilst we celebrate the momentous occasion.
Do not waste time and have the Elysium restored as soon as possible.

Awarded to Jaquline Leblanc, Primogen of clan Toreador, is the town of Bowden as Private Feeding grounds. No other kindred are welcome to feed within Bowden

Awarded to Diana Wolfsblane of Clan Gangrel, is the town of Springbrook as Private Feeding grounds. Additionally, Diana Wolfsblane will hold domain over (insert address of building) and only the building.

Awarded to Allen Schezar of Clan Toreador is domain over (insert address of building). The learning arts school/theatre that is in Sylvan Lake. As well, Allen Schezar has been granted feeding grounds within Sylvan Lake.
