My fellow elders, I ask your advice as how to best guide the city of Red Deer and shape a brighter future for our chosen home. To find ways to give to the Kine and strengthen our population instead of weakening it with all the terror attacks.

With all due respect, my opinions in this regard are for the Elders of this city. There are far too many Elders that are not of Red Deer with access to this for me to give my opinions freely.
I am happy to share in a collaborative effort with individuals like yourself, Elder WINDSOR and Elder Le BLANC, but Apprentice ORSINI informs me that individuals like, Prince DRISCOLL, Myrmidon PICKENS, and Elder TARDAN, amongst numerous others, still have access. I am not comfortable sharing my views to such a wide audience.
