So, since my question got ignored, I'm hoping someone here can read my question without breaking any Etiquette.
What is the logic of having a "cant approach" rule? A Bergie comes to town, doesn't know anyone. Has no idea where Elysium is, has to try and approach someone but can't approach the Sherrif, Scourge, Keeper, Seneschal, or Harpy. Scourge is hunting you down, but you gotta hope he lets you intro yourself first. In Red Deer, the new Prince doesn't sound like he encourages discourse.
So, how the fok is a visitor supposed to get by?

The general rule is to wander into elysium, or that hopefully you know a guy in town already that can point you to your primogen. Here, it's not so bad, since I make a point to ask first, claws later. It sucks a bit, but it's mostly age that's a hindrance to the introductions, and a passed boon would make it possible for a neonate straight off, as well as keep you from the boonless status ban right off the hop.
