Clan Ventrue is in search of our missing Elder. We are willing to pay two Major boons for the return of Elijah Windsor to us or 1 minor boon to the person who is able to put us in direct contact with him.
Should he have met final death we are willing to pay a minor boon for all the unknown pertinent details followed by the possibility of two Major boons should this information lead to the discovery and prosecution of an individual who unlawfully took the right of Destruction into their own hands.
