Kindred of the Red Deer Court.
I have grievous news to which I must share with you. As you know, earlier in the evening I spoke about the death of Primogen Bunni Lepis. The accusation that had been made, and the investigation that had begun. It is with great regret that I must inform everyone in the court of Red Deer that the findings of the investigation are the following.
A confrontation between the neonate Kores de Jager and Primogen Bunni Lepis began outside of Elysium, resulting in Bunni Lepis being left in a dumpster, injured but still amongst us. This was caused by the Domination of Kores de Jager by Primogen Kaspar Alsergrund. Hoping to benefit from the destruction of another kindred in the city.
Once Kores de Jagers completed the task he was Dominated into doing, Primogen Kaspar Alsergrund seized his opportunity. Moving in for the final strike, appearing as a friend, Kaspar embraced, and then destroyed the injured Bunny Lepis.
At this point, we are no-longer going to be referring to Alsergrund as Primogen.
From there, Kaspar attempted to throw blame towards Kores de Jager, though no memory was found of Kores de Jager committing the diablerie, no black shards were seen within his aura.
THIS IS NOT THE FIRST DEATH WE'VE HAD AT THE HANDS OF KASPAR THIS MONTH.
While this is his most recent attack to the kindred of the domain of Red Deer, it was not his only. EVERYONE remembers the previous gather. When I claimed my Praxis over the city, the only opponent that stood up to attempt to stop me was Jace Noxium. This Kindreds attempt at claiming the city for his own FAILED miserably. He was captured and brought to the warrens, staked and delivered to me by Kaspar Alsergrund only days before our most recent Gather.
During this time, Kaspar Alsergrund attempted to convince me, the newfound prince, to use this Neonate against Primogen Jack McVitie and Seneschal Barbara Windsor. He was convinced to leave Jayce Noxium with me, though that did not last very long. Jayce Noxium was set free and sent to return to Jack McVitie, as was the command of the Prince.
Jayce was Forgiven at previous Gather. FORGIVEN for his actions during his attempted claim at the Praxis of Red Deer. Forgiven and made to be under Primogen McVities Accounting. Kaspar Alsergrund then Confronted and destroyed the weakened Jayce Noxium.
We have found and confirmed the ashes of Jayce Noxium and that he was destroyed by Kaspar Alsergrund. Primogen Jack McVitie has confirmed that Kaspar Alsergrund has done this through Kaspar's own admission to Primogen Jack McVitie.
That marks the death of the Second Acknowledge Kindred within my City.
For this crime, I CALL FOR THE BLOODHUNT OF KASPAR ALSERGRUND OF CLAN TREMERE.
Our sixth tradition is the Right of Destruction. As Kaspar Alsergrund was not given a Command by the Officers of the Domain of Red Deer, he is guilty of breaking the sixth tradition.
The Target of a Blood Hunt permanently loses all abiding, innate, and fleeting status traits, and gains the negative status Forsaken.
The Target of a Blood Hunt cannot offer or claim boons for any reason. Some criminals will try to bribe other Kindred with promises of payment afterwards, but few will take advantage.
Any Kindred caught associating with or assisting a Bloodhunted vampire within the limits of domain automatically receives the negative status trait Disgraced.
Rewards of a Blood Hunt
The Kindred who brings down a Blood Hunted Criminal automatically gains the fleeting Status Triumphant. In addition, she may gain the following rewards:

Personal Domain
The Right of Amaranth (legal permission to diablerize the bloodhunted target)
