It is unfortunate but all of Clan Tremere are now under a Major Status Ban within the Domain of Red Deer.
As it should be clearly known a Primogen represents your clan and is responsible for them within a Domain. When a Primogen commits a crime they are seen to do so on behalf of the entire Clan and as such the entire clan must be penalized.
Internal politics matter not. That he was also regent matters not. The one known as Kaspar committed his crimes while leading the Clan.
I do recognize other factors concerning Allan Smithee and Napolean Orsini. As such once it is confirmed that Kaspar is dead or not returning to influence them their new Primogen may speak to me and I will remove the Ban.
Let this be a lesson in who you allow to represent you.
