If Sam Pickens has indeed left Red Deer then please disreguard the following.
If Samual Picken's IS still in town it is everyone's duty to hunt him down, and have him destroyed.
I noticed at gathering that there seemed to be several people who mentioned having private conversations with him. Let me be quite plain in how the Camarilla see's things.
Samual Picken's is RED LISTED
This means he has a international Bloodhunt on him. ANY conversations that you initiate with him that is not in an effort to seek his destruction, lure him into a trap is considered aiding and assisting.
The time for talking to him has passed.
In the future, anyone who can be shown to have spoken to him or any red listed (anywhere) or other bloodhunted individual within the Domain of Red Deer will be considered to have been aiding and assisting.
This means in the eyes of the Camarilla you automatically become Bloodhunted yourself and automatically become forsaken.
We do not have conversations with those who have forsaken their blood. We don not ask favors of them. If confronted, extricate yourself or tell them to "Fu#&* the hell off" and run or attack if you think you can.
If you are forced to speak with them because they have confronted you walk away, run away or use a power to get them to flee or leave. I sent him to go visit the Bane Spirit and to what I thought was his death. Unfortunately he was already in league with those who controlled it so the result failed.
Point is this, there is no being "polite" to someone like that. You do not "HAVE" to be polite or talk to them, in fact you really shouldn't be or else we might wonder why you are so friendly with them.

Conversing with them is a crime against the Camarilla.
I will be very free with the Warned status concerning these socially unacceptable and scandalous behaviors if they are discovered.
Should it seem too friendly then there is the very real possibility that you are drawing close to the AUTOMATIC declaration of Forsaken and being bloodhunted yourself. This is Camarilla Protocol, no status expenditure needed for this to happen if you are seen in anyway as aiding a bloodhunted or Red Listed individual.
Receiving a Warned or Disgraced from me would be a favor and a blessing compared to the alternative.
