New information from high standing individuals is coming to light concerning ongoing investigations and interpretations of Protocols, it has been brought before others outside this city and events placed in review.
Until further notice I have been informed that the Warned as applied to Elder Barbara Windsor as a social stigma from the greater Camarilla is temporarily suspended.
It has been placed in my hands to determine the social standing of the punishments and of the city itself (myself included). I am to have a final decision by the end of the coming gather if enough has been done to avoid the entire city being deemed scandalous from other Camarilla Harpies.
It has been made very clear that if I simply use this power to blow off the events at the former Elysium there will be hell to pay and I myself will NOT be exempt.
This means that Elder Barbara Windsor is not and will not be suffering the status of Disgraced at next gather unless it is re-imposed.
Do not attempt to hinder me in sorting this out to the satisfaction of the Camarilla. To do so would be very scandalous.
