It is my duty to announce that though I had debts called in on me by outside sources to allow certain individuals to properly approach me and "Arrange" for a way to clear their name of crimes against Elysium and to make way for the city to stand in good favor with the rest of the Camarilla said people did NOT come forth or broach the subject while they had the opportunity.
As such and by order of the Camarilla both Face of Clan Malkavian and Elder Barbara Windsor are Disgraced for a year and a day for their breaches of Elysium.
The former Elysium known as the Windsor hotel has been deemed Cursed ground due to the repeated breaches over the last year. This extends to the very soil it sits upon.
Though Elder Barbara is Disgraced she still holds FULL accountability for the childer she created. This includes all the clones of him as they can only be assumed to be under his control. She will be held accountable for all actions that this childer of hers commits in Red Deer and in the greater world.
The repeated swearing that she had full control of this individual when they were a ghoul and then again as a childer despite overwhelming evidence otherwise has led directly to the destruction of the Ventrue Elder and former Prince Elijah Windsor.
Further her childer directly assisted, worked with and aided two Red Listed individuals. The Malkavian Zeph Sweetly and the Gangrel Samuel Pickens. I have yet to receive word as to how this will affect her unlife and standing in the Camarilla. But I have heard it is under consideration. But for now the simple scandal of allowing her child to run free without restraint when it is under accounting and to associate with Red Listed individuals I see her as warned in addition to Disgraced.
Also, know this. Barbara Windsor is not what one would typically know to be Brujah. She is what is referred to as a "True Brujah" a bloodline once disgraced and hunted by the Main clan but in recent years have been working towards trying to become legitimate. She does not possess the Discipline of Celerity but rather manipulates "Time" itself with something called Temporis.
Though she is a Elder of the Camarilla she is not really an Elder of Clan Brujah.
