Not 100% sure, but I think he's the leader of the Sabbat Hunters. Group of killers on loan to my Primogen from Prince Vanhanen of Edmonton.

He's in charge of the sabbat hunters in the same way as you're in charge of Clan Brujah, Inara. Technically yes, but that authority depends on a lot of good will. Really the sabbat hunters answer to Prince Vanhanen of Edmonton, and even he doesn't control them 100%. For that you'd have to go all the way up the chain to the Justicars, but I have no idea which Justicar they actually bow their heads to.

Another thing you might find interesting is that they have a certain Follower of Set amongst their number which the Myrmidon really, really, really hates. Supposedly she was banished from the city by order of Prince Richtor but I suspect that she never actually left. She has the ability to rip information out of the minds of kindred unlike anyone else, and I believe several very unfortunate Sabbat prisoners have already been interrogated by her.

I know very well of her Bryce. I got info on her when she first came into town. I'm very well aware of her capabilities as well as the level of hatred that the myrmidon has for her as she ripped things from his mind personally.
