I am saddened and dismayed by the foul murder of my longtime friend and sponsor Dimitri Rankov. I have questioned many kindred of the Red Deer Court and there is no clear consensus regarding who is responsible for this reprehensible act. I am therefore doing the following:
1) I am expending my blood boon with Samual Pickens and hereby directing Samuel Pickens to investigate the death of Dimitri Rankov, identify to the full court all kindred involved in the murder of my friend, and use his power as Myrmodon to banish or otherwise remove the guilty party from the court of Red Deer
2) I will give a blood boon to any kindred in the court of Red Deer who can identify any individuals responsible for the death of Dimitri Rankov to the court of Red Deer, and the banishment or removal of all guilty parties from the court of Red Deer
Thus do I honour blood boon I owed to my friend Dimitri Rankov.
