Apprentice SMITHEE has returned to the Red Deer Chantry and amends have begun to be made for his behaviour. It is important that everyone assist in his redemption.
The following are the conditions that have been placed upon him:
1) He is confined to the Chantry and cannot leave unless escorted with MY permission
2) He is not permitted to engage with non-Tremere Kindred without MY permission
3) He has been demoted to the 2nd Level of Mysteries, making him the lowest ranking Apprentice in the Red Deer Chantry
4) His use of the internet and technology is limited to assisting the City of Red Deer under the direction of High Apprentice RICHTOR, and with him having complete knowledge of what he is doing
I expect everyone to be vigilent in ensuring that Apprentice SMITHEE adhere to these conditions.
