I am looking at setting up a location in Calgary for a large scale Halloween Party. A real event in a location we can prepare for an attack on the Sabbat. I intend to force the Sabbat to change their location last minute and hope to prepare the something that they can take over.
Anyways, I need to make this event real. I want it to be in a large warehouse. I want the theme to be Vlad's house in typical mortal horror fashion. I want some large animatronics representing various "horror's" maybe some bodies writhing and impaled on stakes that spit a mist of "blood" at those who get to close. A giant spider that webs down from the ceiling, a large several tiered waterfall. Prop pieces that we can rig for duel use. The Impailed bodies could be used to spit clouds of toxins, the Spider could be spikey and hairy where the hairs are actually darts filled with other toxins, maybe where we could detonate the spider and the darts would be the shrapnel.... Maybe some torture tables with animatronics torturing dummies, dungeons....
I want to put this together fast so do you know o other skilled Kindred in the city that could help or those who have retainers that are good at this kind of thing?

I need you to scour the Calgary archives and locate me a warehouse near the rail yard that I have control of. Something that has multiple tiers and would make a good night club/party location.
If the Sabbat don't bite I intend to let the Mortals have their party and maybe I will even make a profit. It has to be fully legit, just convenient for the sabbat to take control of for their party.
If anyone has any suggestions on how to improve it and make the Setting more desirable to the SAbbat while maintaining the Pretense of Mortals/Vlad's house and other Haunted House style party settings let me know.
